Workforce Planning Hamilton is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to cover a maternity leave.
This position requires the incumbent to work independently to manage key areas of the business which include document and expense management, organizing meetings, project support, marketing and customer service and the reporting and monitoring requirements for our funders. This position handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant challenge and change. The Coordinator develops and maintains positive working relationships with all contacts inside and outside WPH. It is expected that the Coordinator achieves results in the absence of day-to-day supervision. This position is a one-year contract maternity leave cover. This position is mostly remote based with the possibility of hybrid work in the office. This is a full-time position – 37.5 hours per week. Salary and benefits to be discussed at interview.
