In 2008 WPH produced a report called Dreams and Expectations which identified a number of issues about employment in the Hamilton area from a youth (ages 16-25) perspective.

Promising Sectors in Hamilton's Labour Market highlights ten job sectors where job growth is evident, ranging from Construction: Specialty Trade Contractors, to Educational Services, to Retail Trade, to Health Care.
