Hamilton's workplaces are transforming. Once dominated by the manufacturing industry, the local labour market has diversified, giving rise to new opportunities and creating challenges for our workforce. The 2014 LMP is the result of an extensive evidence-based planning process that discovers and prioritizes these challenges and opportunities. It acts as a multi-year plan for community organizations, employers, job seekers and other stakeholders to contribute and build upon its developments.
