Hamilton Employers: Answer 20 questions for the EmployerOne 2020 Survey and help Hamilton solve its skills and jobs mismatch!
Is Hamilton’s tight labour market preventing the growth of your business? Do job applicants have the technical skills that you require? These are two of the important questions that Workforce Planning Hamilton (WPH) is asking employers who complete our annual EmployerOne survey.
From November 4th to the 8th, Living Wage Hamilton is joining with twenty five other communities from the Ontario Living Wage Network to celebrate the over 230 employers in Ontario who have joined the Living Wage movement. In Hamilton we are celebrating over thirty employers.

Workforce Planning Hamilton launched the Hamilton Job Satisfaction survey in early July to research why people stay in their workplaces and why they quit their jobs. To date close to 400 people have completed the survey sharing valuable information which will be passed along to local employers and the community in a report in October.
